This post brought to you by Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.

It’s been so long… How have you been? I spent my Christmas vacation—and the New Year Eve—in Iacon City with my family, but also got a chance to hang out with Namira, Bolt and Grace on non-festive days. I went to Indi’s on visit too, and I met her baby Sondra… Aww! What an adorable little bundle of joy! *-* Just plainly sweet!
Anyway, I put that ‘Walgreens’ banner above because that’s the real focus I want to give this entry today, besides the personal life bit in the beginning.
It’s all about a sad news, guys… one that made me wonder where humankind will end up going if it keeps caring more about money than about people’s wellbeing.
Yes, because it’s normal people—the patients—to be affected by the decision, made by Express Scripts Inc., to remove Walgreens from its network of pharmacy products. What did Walgreens do bad?! Helping the US troops with the Tricare program? Keep prices low? Help the poorest communities with the Way to Well Fund™? Give everybody a chance with the Prescription Savings Club at Walgreens?
Shame on YOU, Express Scripts!! Shame on you for abandoning people in need!
If you guys live in the US and can no longer get Walgreens products because of the dispute between Walgreens and Express Scripts, please let your local media know. They can do something to help made a counter-decision.
In the meantime, a ‘Like’ to Walgreens on Facebook and a ‘Follow’ on @Walgreens on Twitter would really help make the difference. Seriously.
I’ll do what I can from here. I hope I can buy from Walgreens too, one day, even if I’m not in the US. It deserves all the possible Love for what it does for people. :)
